Groundnut Pachi Pulusu – Traditional Rayalaseema recipe in telugu by Tasty Vantalu

Ingredients:
1 cup of tamarind juice,
2 tea spoons roasted peanuts,
1 medium size onion diced,
1 Tea spoon roasted sesame seeds,
8 0r 9 dried red chillies / Green chilies ( As per your choice you can use any one)
Jeera,
Mustard seeds,
Turmeric Powder,
Curry leaves
Salt as per your requirement
2 Tea spoons cooking oil.
Firstly we have to prepare Masala, for that take a blender and add Peanuts, sesame seeds, dried red chilli, half the quantity of diced onions and salt and blend them into a fine paste by adding some tamarind juice.
Now add this paste in Tamarind juice and mix it well.
Now take a vessel and add heat it, once it is heated add oil into it. Once oil is heated add Mustard seeds and cumin seeds and allow them to splatter. Now add onions, turmeric powder and curry leaves and fry them till onions become soft.
Now add masala into it and add one or 1 1/2 cup of water and salt as per your requirement and let it boil for about 5 minutes on low flame and switch off the flame.
That’s it! our Palli pachi pulusu is ready. This will go well with rice.
