Ingredients:
300 gms Curd
Dry Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Gram Flour (Besan)
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1½ tsp Ginger (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
2 Onions (chopped)
3 Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

Water (as required – to adjust consistency)
Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
