Ingredients for Potato Marination –
3 Pcs medium size Potatoes/Aloo
Salt
Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
Refined oil for fry
Ingredients for Chilli Potato Gravy –
Refined Oil – 3 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 2 Pcs Medium Size
Capsicum – 1 Pcs Small Size
Slitted Green Chilli
Soya Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 3 Tbsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Sugar – 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Add a paste of 1 Tsp Corn flour in 2 Tbsp Water
Spring Onion
