Chicken Mulakittathu

Ingredients for marinate
1 kg chicken
2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp fennel seeds (roasted and powdered)
3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp curd
salt to taste

For paste
5 dry kashmiri chilli
5 cloves garlic
¼ cup boiled water

For garnish
4 green chilli
Some coriander leaves
