Today’s video is based on rava idli using instant rava idli mix, although they give instructions at back of the packet . i have given some other important instruction using which u can prepare more softer,fluffier, and moistured idli otherwise rava idli will become dry after sometime, by following my instruction will personally come to know that it will remain fresh for hours

Ingredients for rava idli
Instant rava idli mix 2 cups
curd 1 cup
grated carrot
chopped corriander leaves
eno salt
oil

Inggredients for aloo saagu
boiled, mashed potatoes
onions
green chillies
curry leaves
corriander leaves
turmeric powder
red chilli powder
garam masala
salt
lemon
mustard seeds
peas
