Pizza Dosa (For Kids)
INGREDIENTS
Bread – 1 Slice
Dosa Batter – As required
Thin Pieces of Capsicum, Baby Corn, Paneer, Jalapenos,
Chilli Flakes,
Oregano
Pizza Cheese (Grated)
Butter
METHOD
1. Remove crust from bread. Powder and mix with dosa.
2. Spread dosa as thick oothappam.
3. Allow to cook in low flame, with closed lid (half done).
4. Spread sauce, sprinkle cheese and arrange all the other ingredients.
5. Close with lid and cook in completely reduced flame.
