Makes 10 sweet Pooris
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup Maida
2 tbsp Curd
pinch of Salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
Water (approximately 1/4 cup)

For the Filling:
1/2 cup Pottu Kadalai (roasted Chickpea)
1/4 cup Sugar(4 tbsp)
2-3 Cardamom

For the Sugar Syrup:
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Water
3 Cardamom
Saffron (optional)
