• १~२ मोठे चमचे पाणी
• १ १/२ लिटर फुल क्रीम दूध
• १/२ कप साखर
• २ आंबे
• जरुरीनुसार साखर

Ingredients:
• 1~2 tbsp Water
• 1 1/2 liter full fat Milk
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 Mangoes
• Sugar as needed
Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add water.
• Add milk and bring it to boil.
• When the milk begins to boil, add sugar and mix well.
• Boil the milk until it thickens up well and reduces to almost half of its original quantity. Keep on
stirring it at regular intervals.
• When the milk is reduced to almost half, turn the gas off and take the basundi out into a bowl.
• Let it cool down completely.
• Wash mangoes well and chop them into pieces. Make sure to remove the skin.
• Transfer it into a blender jar and add sugar. Blend it well together into coarse pulp.
• When the basundi cools down completely, add the pulp and mix everything well together. Amba
basundi is ready.
• Garnish with few mango pieces. Serve it chilled.
