Easiest way of making bakery style biscuits –
100 gm amul salted butter + icing sugar 80gm (mix well for 2 mins) + cardamom powder 1/4 tbl spoon+ 1 tbl spoon keora water+ 2 tbl spoon vanilla custard powder (mix well ) + maida or wheat flour (one by one spoon of flour in it till it becomes soft doudh n keep mixing lightly (dough shouldnt be sticky in hands and shouldnt be too dry n cracky) —- make little balls put in freezer for 10 mins ,pre heat microwave in convention for 10 mins -180 temp .Put balls in microwave in convention mode (first ten mins 160 temp then 7 mins 180 temp) ……biscuits are done take out….let it cool completly ,whn they r hot they r soft once cool down they r awesome.
