Ingredients –
1/4 cup Chopped cashews
1/4 cup Chopped almonds
1/4 cup Chopped Pistachio
1/4 cup Chopped Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Chopped Pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Tbsp Poppy seeds
1 tsp Ghee
500gram Dates
Method –
Dry roast all dryfruits for 2 minutes. Take out in a plate.
Remove seeds from dates. Add in a mixer jar.
Heat a tsp ghee, add dates and cook on flame, mash and cook nicely.
Now add roasted dry fruits and mix nicely.
Now divide the mixture in two equal parts.
Prepare logs and roll in poppy seeds, Keep them in fridge for 30 minutes, Cut in 1/2 inch thick slices and enjoy healthy, tasty dryfruit roll.
