PRAWNS PEPPER FRY | SHRIMP FRY
Ingredients:
• Prawns – 500g (cleaned & deveined)
• Salt – to taste
• Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
• Crushed black pepper – 1.5 to 2 tsp (adjust to taste)
• Oil – 1 to 1.5 tbsp
How to Make:
1. Marinate prawns:
In a bowl, mix prawns with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and half the crushed pepper.
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes (longer = deeper flavor).
2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
3. Add the marinated prawns to the hot oil.
Quick Notes:
• Don’t overcook — prawns turn rubbery if left too long.
• Garam masala adds warmth, while black pepper brings the kick. Balanced and bold!
• This goes great with rice, roti, or even as a spicy starter on its own
